Manny, Cabrera AL Players of the Week

Manny Ramirez of the Red Sox and Miguel Cabrera of the Tigers were named AL co-Players of the Week for the week of April 13. Ramirez racked up 23 total bases with a .958 slugging percentage, and Cabrera went .429 with four doubles, two home runs and 11 RBIs in the week.
